Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or holidays). Express and Overnight Delivery orders placed after 1 pm EST will not ship until the next business day. Some orders will take 24-48 hours to process.

Note: Please be sure to be present at the time of delivery if possible, USPS will not honor claims for lost packages if the tracking system shows "Delivered". We also offer signature service for $2.00 and highly recommend you to purchase this service if shipping address is an apartment or areas with visible traffic.



Once we're finished preparing your order, you will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped. Information about any backordered items will be included in this email. Your order will be shipped via standard shipping unless you select an alternative. Upon shipment, most orders are received within 7 business days.




Q: What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases, and when am I billed?

A: shopSAATCHI accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, and PAYPAL. With credit card orders, we will not bill your card until we ship your order. Please be aware that once we receive credit card authorization, the funds will be reserved up to 30 days depending on the bank (please check the policy of your lending institution). Also, if you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations pertaining to daily withdrawals on your card. SAATCHI reserves the right to request additional identification. If this is needed, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.

Q: If I don't already have a PayPal account, how can I get one to use on

A: You can register for a PayPal account by visiting and clicking on the 'Sign Up' button at the top of the page. After you complete the registration form, PayPal will send you a confirmation email. It will contain instructions to complete the registration process. Once your PayPal account has been created, you can use it to pay for products at




Q: Why do I have to pay sales tax on my order?

A: SAATCHI is required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped to most states.

Taxed states include: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin. Sales tax does not apply to orders shipped to addresses in other states.



Q: What shipping options are available?

A: Orders from are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS using the following rate scale:

Q: When is my order shipped?

A: Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST) are typically processed and shipped to arrive within 5-7 Business Days. Please allow for an average of one additional business day for processing. During peak holiday periods, orders can take a little longer to process and ship. For expedited shipping, orders must be made before 5:00pm Pacific time to guarantee that your order is processed same day. If your shipping information does not match your billing information, there may be a delay in order processing. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review, including credit card authorization and verification. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated. Business days are limited to M-F 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. PST, not including holidays. No Sunday deliveries. Once an order has processed, delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method.


Q: Can I ship an order to a P.O. box?

A: No. We can no longer ship to P.O. Boxes.


Q: Can I ship an order to a foreign country?

A: At this time,  can only ship orders to addresses located within the 48 continental United States as well as Alaska and Hawaii. Orders being delivered to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via USPS (unless the Next Day or 2nd Day Air option is chosen), and may take 7-14 days for ground delivery.


Q: Can I ship an order to multiple addresses?

A: If you would like to send a shipment to more than one address, you will have to place separate online orders for each destination, or place your order by emailing your request to and a representative will contact you to place an order.
